Our process
Conducting a thorough assessment of a candidate's competencies can be both expensive and time-consuming. This is especially challenging for individuals transitioning from military service with remarkable experience but limited exposure to the commercial sector.
Traditional in-person interviews may not effectively evaluate such candidates. Our professional screening and assessment procedure address this by commencing with a meticulous review of the candidate's CV, followed by a Zoom consultation with one of our Founders.
Candidates who successfully navigate the Zoom consultation receive personalised mentoring to guide them towards their ideal role. Rest assured, a Pivt candidate undergoes a rigorous screening process to ensure they are fully qualified before reaching the interview stage. By streamlining the recruitment process, we aim to save your valuable time and simplify the hiring experience, allowing you to focus on what you do best – running your business.
